Your web address is yours
On a monthly plan, your web address (like yourname.com) is registered in your name, not ours. If you ever leave, you keep it.

If you stop paying
Your site stays up until the end of what you paid for, then goes offline. We keep it for 60 days, and it comes back with one text.
Questions we get a lot
Is it really free?
Yes. Designing and building your site doesn't cost you anything. You only pay if you decide to keep it. Your own web address (like yourname.com) gets bought after you pick a plan, not before.
What's the catch?
No catch. It's just easier to show you a finished site than to talk about one. If you pass, we delete it. No hard feelings.
How long does it take?
We text you as soon as your free design is ready. Once you say yes, it's usually live on your own web address within the week. Got a hard date, like a wedding? Tell us and we'll tell you straight if we can make it.
What do I have to do?
Just tell us what you do. One sentence is enough. If you have photos on your phone, send them, they help. We take care of the rest: the words, the design and putting it online.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Just text us what you want changed, and we'll tell you how that works on your plan.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what you don't like and we'll redo it, still free. Still not right? That's okay, you owe nothing.
